About Us
We are an internationally experienced engineering office.
Our customers mainly come from the automotive and aircraft industries. Our focus is, among other things, welding and assembly systems as well as systems for the assembly of electrical drive systems for automobile production. We also plan and design high-quality machines and systems for other industries.
Our business concept is based on the high competence of our employees, which enables us to our customers' orders accurately and precisely handle.

Design
From grippers for small parts to devices for medium-sized components up to complex clamping frames for entire automobile bodies, we make almost everything possible with the usual design programs. We guide our customers from the 3D concept through the finished design up to the 2D manufacturing documents including all required documents. We respond directly to customer requests in order to be able to deliver the optimal result. According to the principle: everything is possible!
Simulation
Whether a small robot cell with just one or two robots or a complete body-shell with dozens of robots and a wide variety of manufacturing and joining techniques, we make everything possible. Here we can supply everything from the preliminary examination to the joining technology protection to the finished robot cell including the process video and OLP data. In direct cooperation with the design, concepts are viewed, examined and adapted to the circumstances.
Planning / Project management
The constant and open dialogue with our customers and partners is anchored as a central point in our project management. Thanks to the many years of experience and competence of our project management and planning specialists, we can also bundle points such as project planning, -supervision, -monitoring, -controlling, risk management, time management, quality management and much more in one person.
Technical documentation
Important documents are part of every system planning, from layout, foundation-, cable duct- or safety fence plans, safety layouts, robot or tool expansion concepts, pneumatic/hydraulic plans, process descriptions, cycle time diagrams and operating manuals, we can create these and many other documents individually according to customer specifications.

- Development, design and construction of complete machines / plants, assemblies and components according to customer specifications within an experienced team or as a specialist
- Activities range from the creation of first principles and concepts to the creation of 3D CAD models to assembly / individual part drawings and parts lists

Your qualification

Your qualification
- Graduate engineer, bachelor, master, state-certified technician (m/f/d) specialising in mechanical engineering or comparable fields or qualifications or robot programmer with construction site experience
- Mastery of one or more simulation systems (DELMIA; Process Simulate; Process Designer; Robcad; etc.)
- Mastery of one or more 3D CAD systems is an advantage (CATIA; NX; SolidWorks; etc.)
